Regarding property viewings, it is not necessary to make an appointment with the bailiff. Visits last one hour and can be done freely.
Subsequently, if you wish to place a bid, you must contact our firm so that we can represent you at the hearing, as representation by a lawyer is mandatory.
Your mandate must be accompanied by a bank check made out to CARPA for 10% of the starting price, with a minimum of €3,000.
If you are not declared the successful bidder, your check will be returned to you immediately at the end of the hearing.
